Accreditation.

University of the People is accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC), an accreditation agency that is recognized by both the U.S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).

Cost.

UoPeople is not free, it’s tuition free. Exams have a fee of $100 US Dollars, which ends up costing $4,000 for a bachelors degree.

Programs.

Currently, University of the People offers the following four undergraduate degrees: Associate and Bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Associate and Bachelor degrees in Computer Science.
